If you are unhappy with any product that you receive from me or there is something wrong with the item that you purchased, please contact me via email within 5 days of delivery of your order so that I can try to resolve the issue. I want you to be happy with your purchase from my shop.
You have up to 30 days from purchase of your item(s) to receive a full refund. The item(s) must be in the original state as purchased -- combed top cannot have been spun. The item(s) must be in a state that is resellable by me.
Final clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
