Domestic Shipping (United States)
Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options At checkout, you can choose from three USPS shipping options based on your preferred delivery speed:
- Ground Advantage - Most economical option
- Priority Mail - Faster delivery
- Priority Mail Express - Expedited delivery
All shipping rates are calculated based on current USPS pricing and are subject to change without notice.
Tracking & Delivery You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active in the USPS system.
Shipping Address Accuracy Please carefully review your shipping address during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring address accuracy. 22 Mile Studio cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Lost or Stolen Packages While we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders, 22 Mile Studio is not responsible for packages that are:
- Lost or damaged by the carrier
- Stolen after delivery
- Delivered to the correct address but not received by the customer
Shipping Insurance Shipping insurance is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us at the time of purchase if you would like to add insurance to your order, and we will send you a separate invoice for the insurance cost.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
